Carry your own shade in the form of a UV protective umbrella or perhaps a beach pop up sun shelter. Wear light weight light colored clothing and your hat. BUGS are attracted to bright colors. Wear your light colored clothing to lessen the possibility of insect bites and stings. Avoid scented lotions and use an insect repellant lotion or spray. DIARRHEA can strike if you indulge in rich foods and too many adult beverages. Thoroughly cook your food and stick with the basics of a simple healthy diet.
