Mule Deer

Odocoileus hemionus

When visiting the park you don't have to wait long before the deer show up. They make the rounds each evening and often throughout the day looking for a handout.
While it is tempting to feed the deer remember that when animals get used to being fed by humans not only loose their fear of humans, but can and often do become agressive towards humans if they are not fed.
