For those who love the outdoors, there is plenty going on at the Texas State Parks this Christmas! Many state parks have some type of Christmas-themed activity going on including hikes, carols, story-tellings, apple cider, cookies, and hot chocolate. Be sure to dress warmly! Government Canyon State Natural Area
December 22, 2012 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Elf Run
To do: Bring a toy to donate and run with like-minded elves.

Inks Lake State Park

December 22, 2012  3:00pm – 4:00pm Every week until Dec. 29, 2012

Jingle Bell Jaunt
To do: Holiday fun on a festively decorated electric boat.

Estero Llano Grande State Park
