GrapeFest 2008, Grapevine Texas

The 22nd annual GrapeFest wine festival takes place this weekend September 11-14, 2008 in Grapevine, Texas.  The event offers non-stop live entertainment on 6 stages, a culinary pavilion, the grape stomp competition, arts and crafts, a Kid Zone, a carnival and midway and 30 minute mini-excursions on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad.  The adult beverage area will offer wine tastings from over 30 Texas wineries.  Admission is free all day Thursday from 10AM-10:30PM and on Friday from 10AM-5PM.  On Friday from 5PM-11{30PM,  Saturday from 10AM-11:30PM and Sunday from 11AM-6PM admission is $8 adults, $5 senior (62+) $5 children 6-12 yrs with under 6 yrs free.  Weekend passes are $18 or $23 for the souvenir weekend pass.  www.grapevinetexasusa.com 1-800-457-6338
